Where does your data come from?
We source our demographic and economic data directly from the US Census Bureau and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Competitor intelligence is aggregated from public local business directories, search engines, and real-time web analysis.
What is the Viability Score?
The Viability Score (0-100) is a weighted metric generated by our AI. It takes into account market saturation (competitors per capita), historical population and income CAGR growth, and industry-specific demand markers.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
We provide a demo report so you can evaluate the depth and quality of our analysis before purchasing. Due to the significant computational cost of generating each report, we do not offer refunds on paid credits.
How does the Franchise Arbitrage calculator work?
The calculator uses local wage benchmarks and commercial rent indices for your targeted zip code. It then compares the theoretical break-even point of an independent business versus a franchise, subtracting royalty and ad-fund fees to show you the exact financial difference.
Can I analyze an area that spans multiple zip codes?
Yes! Our latest update allows you to input a comma-separated list of zip codes (e.g., 78701, 78702) or define a search radius (1, 3, 5, or 10 miles). Our backend will aggregate the census data perfectly across the entire territory.
